The reservation requires the signing of a lease agreement and the deposit of a bond in accordance with the applicable regulations and paying the electricity against invoice. Children under 12 years old are not allowed at this property.
The property is intended only as a temporary accommodation solution. The Lessee expressly declares that it does not constitute his habitual or permanent residence, so registration is not permitted at this address.
The apartment is located in the Imperial neighborhood near La Latina. It has been recently renovated and restored. The decor is clean, modern, fresh, relaxing and elegant. The American kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, glass-ceramic hob, oven and microwave. The living room is integrated into the kitchen and has a bar table and dining table for eating. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, 1 modern bathroom complete with shower and screen. The exterior windows are new and have lots of natural light and a large balcony terrace. It has three split units, one for each area, both cold and heat, whose temperature allows the entire property to be acclimatized as it is an interior apartment. For the second month, the electricity bill must be paid upon receipt.
The building has an elevator for a maximum of three people and two people with luggage. You have to be careful and respectful.

No Smoking inside or throw cigarette litter out the window
Do not bring pets to the property
Dispose of garbage in provided bags with closing strips, and take down when container is font building at night after 7pm.
Out of respect for the community, loud noise is prohibited between 22:00 and 10:00.
The breach of any of these rules that involves the police or neighbors will result in the immediate termination of reservation and eviction from the property without any reimbursement.
